(a) Contact details you send to us so we can send booking details, either by email or phone and text.
(b) To send you confirmation of payments. All transactions are made by BACS transfer.
(c) To send you booking confirmation and details we provide to access our site.
(d) To contact you should we need to during your stay at Ashbourne Holidays.
(e) To contact you to request a review following your stay at Ashbourne Holidays.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
We share your contact name and Camping and Caravanning membership number with the Camping and caravanning club to comply with their annual attendance summary.
Data sent us to us from Sykes Cottages is used to send the details to access our site and guest information on how to use the facilities at our site.
HOW LONG WE HOLD PEOPLE’S INFORMATION FOR BEFORE GETTING RID OF IT SECURELY.
We hold details of personal information for 6 years.
After that time we will delete all emails and shred dairies in which booking details are taken.
