Welcome back

We have changed some of our procedures to ensure guests keep safe and well during their stay with us. Whilst there are some new processes and procedures that may be unfamiliar, and some elements may take slightly longer than usual due to our COVID Secure protocols, please be assured our usual high standards of friendliness and cleanliness will ensure you continue to enjoy your experience at Manor Grounds campsite.

Our 5 point plan to help guests stay safe and well on site:

Please see below how we have changed some of our procedures. ‘We are all in this together’, and we look forward to your support in respecting our COVID Secure protocols, helping you and your fellow guests stay safe.
1.We have carried out a full risk assessment of our site to help shape our new procedures.
Our campsites will be operating to COVID Secure guidelines as published by the Government.
2.We’ve increased the rigour and frequency of cleaning, sanitising and disinfecting common areas.
3. Our caravan units are at least 6 metres apart laterally. Our tent pitches are at least 10 metres apart.
4. We have implemented a contactless arrival and departure process.
5. Water & waste points will be open with social distancing measures in place.

The ‘We’re Good To Go’ industry standard and supporting mark means that Ashbourne Holidays can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and have the required processes in place.
